Page 1: Restricted access

In response to the national lockdown and updated government guidelines, University of Bristol Library Services are operating a reduced service for priority groups only at this time.

At present all our libraries and study centres are closed, with the exception of the Arts and Social Sciences Library, Chemistry Library, Veterinary Sciences Library, and the ground floor of Beacon House Study Centre which remain open for urgent silent study only. This access is restricted to:

  1. Those with an urgent need to access IT and digital services - for example those who do not have it at home.
  2. Those unable to study at home and who need specific facilities.
1.1. Please use this form to submit your request for study space access. On the next page you will be asked to provide details of your eligibility for priority access. If you are able to study at home please continue to do so until national lockdown restrictions ease. Required

If you have selected 'I am able to study at home' your request will be denied. Access to study space limited and safety can only be ensured by reducing footfall in our buildings. Please consider the needs of others. If you have any questions or concerns please email library-enquiries@bristol.ac.uk
