Book Retrieval Service for external library users

This system can be used to order printed items to the Arts and Social Sciences Library, which is open to the public through our Day Reader pass.

The form will allow you to request up to 5 items showing as 'available' on Library Search. Please allow 5 working days for a request to be made available.

Items will be made available at the Arts & Social Sciences library for consultation or borrowing during Enquiry Desk opening hours (below), and will be kept for 7 days from the date of our email.

Enquiry Desk opening hours:

• Mon-Fri, 9am-8pm 
• Sat, 9am-5pm 
• Sun, 10am-5pm

Requests for materials from our Special Collections will not be processed here. Please contact them directly to request access
